They will be able to illustrate exceptional creativity, early success in implementing innovative marketing strategies, significant contributions to the hotel marketing landscape, an ongoing desire to learn and passion that inspires others.​​​​​

This category aims to recognise individuals who show exceptional promise, creativity and made a notable impact in the field of hotel marketing, early in their careers. The judges will focus on evidence of ongoing learning and ability to inspire other team members.
