So managing your on-line reputation has become a key role for any hotel marketer or operator.
This session helps you to get to grips with how best to spend your time on monitoring and managing what people are saying about you on-line, whether on an established review site or even Twitter or a blog. A clear strategy is essential if you are to succeed in this ever-changing arena.
