Josh Kichenside, Client Services Director, from LAW Creative is no stranger to the HMA, picking up several HMA awards for work on behalf of his clients.  Whilst we know LAW Creative for their award winning hospitality work and as authors of HMA blogs on a variety of subjects, LAW Creative also has a depth of knowledge in other sector, especially the competitive automotive industry so can bring different perspectives and case studies to answer the question what is Creative Content? Jessica Marsh, Group Marketing Partner for Ralph Trustees Ltd, will share a case study on how The Grove, the five star Hertfordshire retreat, approaches their content creation.  The Grove was recognised in this year’s HMA Awards when it won the Best Partnership Marketing Campaign.  Jessica worked at The Grove for over two years before moving to The Athenaeum so knows first-hand what it is like to deliver content for country and city centre properties.  Now, as Group Marketing Partner, Jessica is responsible for marketing at The Grove, The Athenaeum and The Runnymede on Thames.  She will share how she approaches content creation for the diverse nature and individuality of each hotel she represents as well as considerations for 2021 content plans.
