In the space of a few short years, the concept of spending money on driving digital awareness – and ultimately, bookings – has morphed from straightforward display and PPC into a multitude of dynamics that need specialist attention.

We will hear from three such specialists, each of whom will address Digital Media from their own perspective.

  • Suzie Thompson, Vice President Marketing for Red Carnation Hotels will run through how to successfully manage a digital media campaign from a brand’s perspective), focusing on the ROI expectations for campaign reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Emily Tippins, Head of Strategy and Communications Teams for Journey will focus on what digital marketing strategies to focus on depending on the business need – from occupancy crises to maximising revenue potential, from new hotel opening strategies to standing out from your comp set.
  • John Seaton, Managing Director of Cendyn will turn our attention to leveraging data from campaigns and how to strategically act upon it. How do you turn data into action, and subsequently more revenue, higher guest satisfaction, and increased loyalty.
